15/11/13 - Call centre staff needs foreign speakers for customer service roles in Malta.

We are currently recruiting for foreign speakers who wish to work in an office environment working regular hours.

This position is ideal for gaming staff looking to move from the casino industry but wish to continue using their customer service skills and enjoy working with people.

Full training will be given, previous experience not essential

Job description:

• Answering to telephone queries
• Calling proactively to customers
• Answering and creating emails
• Using Live chat facility to respond to customers
• Variety of shifts available including part time to suit parents and school hours
• Evening shifts and night shifts available if desired
• Excellent working conditions including staff restaurant

Essential requirements:

• EU passport holder
• Foreign language speaker in any of the following languages (French, German, Russian, Chinese, Arabic, Turkish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finish, Dutch, Spanish).
• Excellent people handling skills
• Excellent email and writing skills in Native language and English
• Team payer
• Flexible
