Our client is looking for procedure analyst to study and follow the road map of all company procedures within a large and diverse casino complex.
This is a 3 month contract
Job Description:
- The Analyst will be responsible for producing reports which will enable management to make more informed business decisions and provide management with analysis summaries and recommendations on existing operational procedures based on findings.
Duties:
- The auditor will report directly to the CFO and COO.
- Accurately prioritize, organize and complete multiple tasks by the assigned deadline with changing priorities.
- Must be a self starter and require little supervision or direction with the ability to interpret and follow through on a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Maintains complete confidentiality of all company information at all times.
- Maintain working knowledge of applicable local gaming laws, company policies and company internal controls.
- Ideally commencing with Cashdesk and leading to other departments in terms of the procedural process and adherence to local regulations.
Ideal candidate:
A retired or existing casino shift manager/GM with operational experience in procedural writing and compliance in a highly regulated environment or otherwise a candidate with direct related experience.
Must possess above average problem solving skills such as the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, highlight potential issues, interpret data in various formats, and make inferences about the results.
Have exceptional language skills including, but not limited to: excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Ability to read, analyse, and interpret technical procedures and/or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and executives.
Must have well-rounded report writing skills.
Ability to evaluate alternatives and decide on a plan of action.

Salary is dependent on previous experience.
Start date – preferably within 4 weeks but 3 month duration only to begin.

The casino operation is set in a favourable location within the EU.
