Casino Customer Service Manager in Macedonia
We are looking for a Macedonian speaking customer service manager for an online Casino and Sportsbook to be based in Macedonia (FYROM).
The role will be for the initial set up responsibility, ensuring organisational effectiveness by providing leadership for the Call Center Operations Department.
Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organisational strategies, and practices to improve the overall performance of the teams.
- Fluent Macedonian speaker (native).
- Fluent English speaker (to a business level).
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Casino experience
- Passion for sports and sportsbetting
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team management style.
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
- Flexible to work to suit business hours
- Available for an immediate start
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or casino managerial experience.
- Experience in Call Center Operations Management.
