Originally conceived as a small beachfront condominium, the project underwent a significant transformation due to the devaluation of the Bolivar, resulting in a decrease in property prices. Currently, the market for the supply of land on the beachfront is null or is minimized, no construction permits are granted due to lack of capacity in agencies providing these public services.

 

MINTUR FEASIBILITY:

It has the technical feasibility granted by MINTUR for access to bank tourist credit at a preferential rate of 7 to 9% with three (03) years dead and up to fifteen (15) years to pay.
