The Hotel project is designed as an extension to the existing casino building, aimed at enhancing the overall tourist experience by offering additional amenities and accommodations for the guests. The hotel comprises three floors housing a total of 124 rooms, 12 apartments, and 5 flexible hotel units that can be interconnected as needed. The central area is dedicated to the service complex, with the main staircase and elevators facilitating easy navigation. The fourth and final floor boasts a gourmet a la carte restaurant, a winter pool with wellness facilities, and an outdoor pool with a summer terrace and cocktail bar.

The new hotel will have a surface area of 9,000 m2, including 2 underground floors (garage, night club, technical room), a ground floor (3,000 m2), and 2 floors above ground (3,000 m2 each).
The second option for this project will include a complete reconstruction of the old casino building with a surface area of approximately 2,500 m2. The second part of the complex buildings, such as restaurants, a night club, and a beach bar with a surface area of 3,300 m2, should be demolished to make way for the construction of a brand new hotel with 5 floors. The new hotel, with a surface area of 15,000 m2, will have 2 underground floors (garage, night club, technical room), a ground floor (3,000 m2), and 4 floors above ground (3,000 m2 each).
