A possible scenario:
So, week 1 can begin with around anything upto 40-50 trainees, we immediately start the calculation and chip manipulation. We analyse and record every detail and have development programs to assist on the weak areas. Only once the trainees have a grasp of the technical mechanics do we introduce the games. We have found this method is by far faster and produces a much higher skills level.
Experienced staff may be introduced at this stage (2nd week) too if desired. We found that our methods also wipe clean any bad habits and we also reprogram the experienced to sharpen up their skills as they find the raw trainees are often better than them in chip manipulation and calculation.
The 3rd week we begin to isolate the trainees into teams.
- Andrea takes the potential candidates she feels suited to surveillance agents roles and begins her training in cheat detection, proactive surveillance monitoring, record keeping, employee analysis and time and motion studies, infraction reportage and other aspects particular to your operation. Slots and cage are ideally recruited from the trainee pool at this stage as suitable candidates have now an understanding of the gaming floor
- Andrew will continue with the trainees and focus on refining chip manipulation, calculation, attention to professional attitude, customer service, working in a team. adherence to procedures.
By week 4 we expect the trainees to be ready for soft opening, casino fun nights and ready to go live officially. Our training is exceptionally fast but our expectations are to reach roulette first (with french and racetrack call bets), Blackjack and a 3rd game (either Poker, Baccarat or basics of Craps). We can include further games but we find this will dilute the skills level of any trainees in only a month.
Our fees include us both, games training, supply of detailed report of each candidate during and after the course, surveillance training and set up (or cash desk training and set up), working 5 and 1/2 days per week.
We are happy to add additional duties depending on what your needs are, such as Pitboss, Manager, training, customer service training for all departments.

AACasino are accelerated trainers and consistently achieve higher skills levels that regular training schools. In addition, we are adaptable to accept an indefinite amount of trainees and at different levels. This extra staff adds to the staffing pool to provide extra personnel for temporary roles, marketing and to cover high season periods as well astaffing pool for other departments in the casino.
