  • Job Description:
    • Under the direction of the General Manager, the Marketing Director plans and directs all aspects of marketing for the entire property. This includes hotel sales, contracts etc. 
    • Responsible for directing and supervising of the public relations, marketing, sales and advertising, ensuring the highest of customer service for present casino guests as well and continually searching for new business.
    • Develop and manage marketing programs, which will increase the revenue of the Casino and enhance the growth of its customer base within the gaming industry.
    • Communicate and promote programs to Team Members, Casino Guests and Junketeers.
    • Manage all advertising, special events and other promotional programs.
    • Develop the department marketing budget to ensure a profitable fiscal year.
    • Develop policies and procedures for the Marketing Department.
    • Develop and implement special events and promotions.
    • Manage and coordinate all public relations and media aspects of the Casino.
    • Review and approve all advertising campaigns, including radio, television, outdoor and print advertisements.
    • Coordinate with General Manager when dealing with the media regarding any public relations issues.
    • Generate and analyze reports and modify future promotions accordingly.
    • Maintain all files and records of customer databases and fiscal reports.
    • Create promotional materials, advertisements, promotions calendars, update website and social media.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing Junketeers. Monitor junketeer relationships to ensure the accuracy of the casino commission.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with the Community
    • Fosters and maintains a positive attitude toward staff and management.
    • Performs related duties as required.
    • Ensures confidentiality in all Casino matters.


  • Salary/Package:
    • This is a key member of the management team.
    • The salary and boinus scheme will depend on experience but will be very competitive.
    • Accommodation is included plus relocation assistance. 
    • Candidates chosen for interview will be flown to Bulgaria - Europe and accommodated at the expense of the client. 
  • Experience:

    The candidate will need to demonstrate their strengths within the casino industry with proven history of marketing campaigns with results.

  • Essential Experience:
    • Previous experience (at least 5yrs.) in Casino/Hotel resort as Marketing Manager/Director.
    • Must have knowledge of basic office administration, management, computer skills and attention to detail.
    • Must sign a Confidentiality Agreement.
    • Must be able to speak, read and write both the English language.
    • Must have the ability to interact well with others. Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with the public.
    • Must demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills.
    • Computer literate, (Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Access, Microsoft Word).
    • Must be tactful, discrete, and confidential.
    • Excellent communication skills.
  • Desirable Qualities:
    • Previous casino experience in tracking player win/loss.
    • Either North American, Asian, Middle-East casino marketing experience
    • Bilingual speaking and experience in casino hospitality
    • Working with casino management software
    • Travel industry experience and flight booking
    • Poker tournement experience
    • Social media experience
    • Bulgarian/Russian speaking
    • Able to prepare the staff and establish the  marketing department for a new project.
