  • Job Description:


    Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Casino manager will be the main referent of our casino.

    He/she will be responsible to ensure that the casino is operating at required performance standards, while actively seeking new areas of improvement, as well as new business opportunities.


  • Salary/Package:


    • The salary is competitive within the industry but dependant on experience.
    • There will be relocation assistance for the right candidate.
    • As this is an EU position, accommodation will not be provided.


  • Experience:

    • To lead by the example and provide a senior executive physical presence in the casino;
    • To establish and maintain the highest standard and reputation of the Company and the Casino by;
    • Coordinating internal activities and Collaborating with all other HODs in overseeing the day-to- day operations of all areas in the Casino;
    • Being fully aware of daily activities and performance levels and
    • accordingly, suggest opportunities to strengthen leadership in customer relationships, and improving the profitability;
    • To ensure that the required levels of performance are achieved by Coaching the line managers with regards to identifying the company’s human resource potential and solving staff issues;
    • To ensure that gaming rules are followed and that the casino is running in full compliance with relevant Gaming Acts and legislation.
    • To continuously inform Operations Manager on casino performance;
    • To provide guidance to the marketing team to help develop, monitor and maintain a client’s performance profiles;
    • To ensure effective communication is achieved and maintained with HOD’s management and Corporate Office;
    • To keep abreast with any changes in casino license and all gaming legislation;
    • Other duties as requested by the operations manager and corporate office;


  • Essential Experience:


    • A minimum of five years experience in a casino environment in a supervisory role.
    • Italian speaking.
    • Experience in Poker tournaments to an international high profile level
    • Sound knowledge of all casino games.
    • Knowledge of slots.
    • Ability to budget for operations.
    • Communicative at board room level.
    • Dynamic personality.


  • Desirable Qualities:


    • English and other European languages desirable.
    • Knowledge of - Table games, Poker, Slots, Sports-betting, Cash Desk, CCTV surveillance.
    • Knowledge of current AML procedures.
