Casino person needed for pro-active surveillance through CCTV of all casino related operations to ensure the integrity of games, safety and security of  guests and team members.

Duties as follows;

• -      Monitoring of table games to ensure all operational and specific game rules are strictly adhered to
• -      Monitoring of correct table limits and accurate online game play is in place
• -      Reporting and escalation of any irregularities through documented protocols
• -      Adherence and enforcement of Entry and Exit Policy from the premises
• -      Ensuring CCTV Operations are uninterrupted, recorded and able to be played back without fault
• -      Liaising with the Surveillance Supervisor / Manager and/or Customer Service to effectively communicate or resolve player disputes
• -      Ensuring operational policy for the shuffling, counting and storage of cards is carried out correctly by staff at all times
• -      Ensuring operational policy for the use of card shoes is carried out correctly by casino staff at all times
• -      Attends and conforms to Group / Company policies and procedures

• -      Graduate of any professional degree
• -      Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• -      Detailed oriented and fast learner

• Experienced surveillance staff/operator in an Online/Land based Casino is a MUST

• -      Experienced dealer / pit supervisor is an advantage
