India's biggest poker room and casino have a great opportunity for an Online Poker Manager to head up their team in Malta with occasional travel to Goa.

This role calls for a person who thrives in an exciting and dynamic environment and is not afraid of hard work while at the same time has the ability to execute decisions with the bigger picture in mind.

Key duties

• Lead the Poker Team and manage the day-to-day running of the department
• Develop and implement execute quarterly business plans based on companies strategy
• Monitor the Poker market, to ensure monthly benchmarks are made to ensure a competitive Poker product
• Ensure Poker Lobby and Client is used to maximize sales
• Grow Poker in close co-operation with Marketing, Affiliate and CRM Managers
• Improve poker VIP and affiliate programs
• Produce weekly sales reports

• Salary dependant on experience and inline with managerial salaries in online gaming in Malta.
• The role will be working remotely to begin then heading up your own department in new offices in Malta in early 2021.

• Strong business mindset and understanding coupled with knowledge of the online Poker business and the commercial impact of Poker features and the Poker product.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present business and technical solutions and recommendations clearly in verbal and written presentations are a must
• Results driven, possess strong management skills and have the ability to develop and implement practical decisions

• Must have previous experience in ONLINE poker to managerial level for 2+ years.
• English speaking to native level
• Strong ONLINE poker background in cash games and tournements.

• At least 2-3 years of marketing experience in Online Gaming Market/Poker is a huge advantage.
