    We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Affiliate Team leader to lead the growth of our casino client in the iGaming industry.

     

    Responsibilities:

     

    • Oversee the day-to-day management of all affiliates, including paid media and SEO to maximize return on investment.
    • Identify and nurture top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners.
    • Create and manage monthly budgets for promotions and communications across all acquisition marketing channels.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to consistently improve landing pages, overall marketing, and merchandising campaigns.
    • Develop new campaigns to recruit partners and promote program marketing.
    • Take responsibility for managing all acquisition accounts and ensure the achievement of personal and group key performance indicators.
    • Implement effective SEO strategies to enhance brand visibility.
    • Implement strategies to increase the quality and yield of key acquisition partners.
    • Represent the business at industry events and stay updated on industry trends.
    • Manage key accounts across all brands and drive increased business from each partner.
    • Work with the internal marketing team to expand the business in target markets.
    • Provide regular reports on daily, weekly, and monthly performance to the CEO and board of directors.
    • Ensure accurate partner payment processing and timely payments.
    • Drive targeted traffic to meet the business growth strategy in specific geographic areas.
    • Effectively manage the profit and loss of acquisition
  • Salary/Package:

  • Experience:

     

    • Previous experience in affiliate team management role within the iGaming industry
    • Experience with both sportsbook and casino products
    • The ability to deliver against aggressive acquisition targets
       
  • Essential Experience:

     

     

    • Previous P&L experience is a must
    • Must have experience working within unregulated markets
    • In-depth knowledge and experience of leading global acquisition methodologies to ensure success
    • Fluent in English


     

  • Desirable Qualities:

     

    • Experience in emerging markets is an advantage
    • Great communicator
    • Ability to manage affiliate teams effectively
    • Methodical, numbers-driven and well organized
    • Positive and enthusiastic ‘can-do –attitude'
    • Possess strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
