Wynn Al Marjan Island is recruiting Dealer Inspectors / Table Games Supervisors to oversee table operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional gaming standards. This role supports the Gaming Management team in maintaining integrity, efficiency, and premium guest service.

• Supervise table operations across Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, and other approved games.
• Ensure accuracy in payouts, and adherence to game procedures.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and guidance.
• Resolve disputes, suspicious activity, or irregularities.
• Support Gaming Management with operational decisions and floor coordination.
• Participate in briefings, promotional activities, and guestexperience initiatives.
• Maintain strong player relationships and ensure a luxury gaming environment.

• Previous experience as a Dealer Inspector, Pit Supervisor, or Senior Dealer.
• Strong technical knowledge of Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Poker.
• High school diploma required; gaming certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Professional, trustworthy, and composed in high-pressure environments.
• Conversational English required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Adaptable to rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and a smoking environment.
• Open to all nationalities; European multilingual candidates and Arabic speakers are desirable.
