Originally conceived as a small beachfront condominium, the project underwent a significant transformation due to the devaluation of the Bolivar, resulting in decreased property prices. The concept was altered to a Boutique Hotel, and finally reimagined as the only beachfront senior citizen residence on the sole white island of the Caribbean, equipped with all necessary services.
Investment Advantages
The project underwent evaluation by MINTUR and was granted a loan of $300,000 with a non-payment period of three years and repayment period of seven to ten years. Additionally, the project is owned by a company, allowing potential buyers to avoid potential scams associated with the property registry.
