Our clients have obtained an approved gaming license for a Boardwalk, Casino and Resort, with waterfront property on 400 acres in the USA. This project would ideally suit an existing casino operator or substantial land-based operator with a distinguished brand for excellence.
A $20 million investment in return for 25% of profits of the Casino and anything else leased on the land plus 1 million shares in stock. Currently at $0.35, projected once the project breaks ground will rise to $10 per share. Projected to acquire $30-$40 million per month in profits.
The casino will be placed on 50 acres, allowing 350 acres used for other commercial space and condos.
